Gary has over thirty (30) years’ experience in the telecommunications and electricity industries in the region. In addition to his business experience, he has a multi-disciplinary background in Engineering, Finance, Technology, Innovation, Business Transformation, Process Re-Engineering, Governance and People Management. Prior to joining Wigton, Gary served as Chief Operating Officer at the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited where he led enterprise-wide strategic planning and executed some of the game-changing projects in their digital transformation and other business innovations.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration and has completed global leadership development programmes with INSEAD in France, United Kingdom, China, Spain and USA.

Michelle is an engineer who holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Florida International University.
Michelle is currently responsible for Wigton’s project diversification, scoping and planning activities.
She is a Director on the Boards of Flash Holdings Limited and Flash Motors Company Limited.
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Shaun is a Chartered Accountant designated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica with more than twenty-six (26) years of experience in Accounting and Auditing.
Shaun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.
Chief Financial Officer
Shaneek is an Attorney-at-Law who holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of Technology, Jamaica and Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Shaneek is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.
Legal Officer and Company Secretary
Norman is a global business development leader with extensive experience in both public and private sector entities in the areas of strategic planning and development, business development, sales, marketing, operations, information technology and project management.
Norman has served as Director of Business Solutions at Cable & Wireless Jamaica for five (5) years, Group Head of Market Sales for the Caribbean and Central America at Digicel Group Limited for three (3) years and more recently as the Vice President, Investments and Linkages at the Jamaica Promotions Corporation for four (4) years.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (Hons.) in Finance from the University of Wales & Manchester Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Physics (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies, Mona and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
